Taste of Cayman Food & Wine Festival at Camana Bay is in its 22nd year and it just keeps getting bigger and better. Due to the success of this popular festival January has officially been named Cayman’s Culinary Month, which will now include a number of CITA endorsed events including wine dinners held at partner hotels and restaurants, in particular the Taste of Cayman Charity Wine Dinner which made its incredibly successful debut last year. The Cayman Islands Tourism Association (CITA) was formed in March 2001, through an amalgamation of the Cayman Tourism Alliance and the Cayman Islands Hotel and Condominium Association. The CITA represents tourism businesses from all sectors, including hotels, condominiums and villas, watersports operators, restaurants, attractions, airlines, tourism transport providers, cruise sector businesses and allied tourism service providers. The CITA represents almost 200 tourism businesses and is active in the areas of industry and government relations, marketing and events, industry development and education.
